Dark Chocolate Glaze

2 squares unsweetened chocolate 1 t. margarine 1 cup sifted powdered sugar 3 T. water

Melt chocolate with margarine over hot water. Stir in powdered sugar. Beat in water until mixture is smooth. Spoon over tops of �clairs or cream puffs at once. may also be used as glaze for Boston Cream Pie, Chiffon and sponge cakes. Source: My Old Recipes
