December Cider

1 can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed (12 oz) 1 can frozen cranberry apple juice cocktail concentrate, thawed (12 oz) 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed (6 oz) 5 inches stick cinnamon 1 t. ground nutmeg 6 whole cloves 1/3 cup rum OR cinnamon schnapps (optional) 12 sticks cinnamon, optional

Combine apple and cranberry apple concentrates and 9 cups water in 4 quart kettle. Stir in lemonade concentrate, 5 inches stick cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. To serve, remove cloves and cinnamon. Stir in rum or schnapps, if desired. Pour into 8 oz. mugs or glasses. Serve warm with a cinnamon stick, if desired.
