Ingredients[]
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of celery soup
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup milk
- Buttered bread cubes (optional)
Directions[]
- Combine rice, soup, eggs, green pepper, black pepper and milk.
- Turn into greased baking dish; top with bread cubes if desired.
- Bake at 350 degrees 20 to 25 minutes.
