  1. In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs, Sugar, oil, and salt; beat with rotary beater until blended.
  2. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Spoon in 2 Tbs. batter; lift and tilt skillet to spread batter.
  5. Return to heat; brown on one side.
  6. Invert pan over paper toweling; remove crepe.
  7. Repeat to make 16 to 18 crepes, greasing skillet each time.
