Ingredients[]
- 1½ cups water
- 4 packs Equal (or 1 tbsp sweetener)
- 4½ tsp cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
Meringue[]
- 4 egg whites
- 4 pack Equal
- 1½ tsp cream of tartar
Directions[]
- Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff.
- Bake 450°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
