Different Dip for Fruit

1/2 cup butter or margarine 2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 cup sour cream 1 t. vanilla extract

Melt butter in small pan over low heat. Add brown sugar; cook until sugar melts, stirring constantly. Remove form heat; stir in sour cream and vanilla. Serve dip with an assortment of fresh fruit. Makes 1 1/3 cups. Source: Marilyn Elliott, Cook and Love It More, Atlanta, Georgia
