Bite sized dried and spiced native Anchovies.

  1. In a medium bowl, mix Sugar, vinegar, hot sauce and salt.
  2. Toss dilis in the mixture until well coated and dredge in flour.
  3. In a medium skillet, fry dilis over moderate heat until golden brown and crispy, keeping each one separate.
  4. Drain on paper towel.
  5. Serve with a dip of vinegar, salt and pepper.
