Dill Dip

1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 2 T. fresh lemon juice 1/2 t. salt 1/2 t. pepper 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill or 3 to 4 T. dried dill weed

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well and chill, covered, for at least 2 hours before serving. Note: All you have to do is add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of milk to this recipe and you're got a fresh garden salad dressing. Makes about 2 cups. Source: Mr. Food
