  1. Combine beef, green pepper, sliced olives, and chopped pickled onion; chill.
  2. Combine pepper, salt, mustard, dillweed, mayonnaise, beer, and lemon juice; mix well and add to meat mixture.
  3. Toss lightly.
  4. Chill at least 1 hour.
  5. Garnish with pickled onions and olives.
