Dinah Shore Salad

2 T. red wine vinegar 5 T. corn oil 1 t. gourmet mustard (such as Dijon) 1 clove garlic, minced 2 T. scallions, chopped fine 2 t. salt Pinch of pepper 1 box mushrooms (12 oz) 1 bunch spinach 1 bunch Romaine salad greens

Mix dressing in the bottom of a large salad bowl. Add mushrooms, tear salad greens on top. Cover wit plastic. Allow to stand overnight in refrigerator. Toss and serve.
