  1. Break chocolate into crock pot.
  2. Add caramels, milk and coffee.
  3. Cover and cook 45 minutes on high or until melted.
  4. Watch carefully so mixture doesn't burn.
  5. Add vanilla and stir to blend thoroughly.
  6. Well wrapped in refrigerator, it will keep indefinitely.
