  1. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 minutes.
  2. Until completely dissolved.
  3. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 2 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened.
  5. Remove any unmelted ice.
  6. Add lemon juice; stir until well blended.
  7. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression).
  8. Gently stir in strawberries.
  9. Pour into 1½-qt. serving bowl; cover.
