  1. Boil the peas with the vegetables.
  2. Strain and sieve only the peas and potatoes.
  3. Thin with some of the boiling liquid and set to boil with the hard boiled yolk which you have previously mixed with butter, flour and sour cream and thinned with a little boiling liquid.
  4. Mix well, add salt and chopped dill and let boil for a minute or two.
  5. Serve with croutons.
