  • 2 cups dried shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1½ tablespoons soy sauce


  1. Soak the shrimp in cold water for half an hour, drain, and cover with cold water.
  2. Add the cayenne pepper and soy sauce; boil slowly, about one hour.
  3. Mix the rice flour with cold water to a smooth paste, and stir until it thickens.
  4. Serve with rice.
