- Serves: 4
- 2 cups dried shrimp
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
- Soak the shrimp in cold water for half an hour, drain, and cover with cold water.
- Add the cayenne pepper and soy sauce; boil slowly, about one hour.
- Mix the rice flour with cold water to a smooth paste, and stir until it thickens.
- Serve with rice.
