Drink Your Breakfast

Ingredients

• 1 cup skim milk
• 1 ripe banana
• ½ cup fat free yogurt (fresh or frozen)

Optional

• flavorings (vanilla, chocolate syrup)
• protein powder or nutritional yeast for extra pep

Directions

1. Blend ten seconds in a blender and carry around the house while you get dressed! delicious and easy.
