This is a recipe for a thai, no-cook, durian drink. It is a milk based drink that is best served in the summer.
- 1 medium sized durian
- 1 8 oz glass of condensed milk
- Manis syrup (a sweet soy syrup) to taste (OPTIONAL)
- Rose syrup (OPTIONAL)
- Peel durian meat into a blender. Blend it for a short while.
- Pour the durian puree into a glass of condensed milk - amount of condensed milk can change according to taste. Stir it up and chill it or add ice to drink. If preferred, add manis syrup or rose syrup to taste and for appearance.
