Directions Edit

  1. Cream together butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients, mangos and lemon juice.
  4. Pour into 2 x 8" loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until loaf tests done.
  6. Cool in pans 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from pans and cool thoroughly.
  8. For best results, wrap in foil and serve the following day.
