  1. Place all ingredients in pressure cooker bring up to high pressure for 10 minutes do a quick release.
  2. After steam has been released open lid and keep heat under the pot and reduce the sauce to thicken it.
  3. Serve this over nachos, in burritos or quesadillas with condiments of your choice i.e. cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions etc.
