Ingredients[]
- 12 boneless skinless chicken tenders
- 2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
- 1 jar ( 16 oz) medium salsa
Directions[]
- Place all ingredients in pressure cooker bring up to high pressure for 10 minutes do a quick release.
- After steam has been released open lid and keep heat under the pot and reduce the sauce to thicken it.
- Serve this over nachos, in burritos or quesadillas with condiments of your choice i.e. cheese, sour cream, chopped green onions etc.
