Easy Italian Baked Chicken

1 chicken, cut up 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 T. garlic salad dressing mix 1 cup corn flake crumbs Paprika

Clean chicken; pat dry with paper towels. Combine butter and salad dressing mix. With spatula or knife, spread mixture over chicken pieces. Roll in crumbs; sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings. Source: Unknown
