Ingredients[]
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream cheese; softened
- 3-1/2 cups cold [[milk ]
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) vanilla pudding mix
- 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) ladyfingers, split
- 1 tub (8 oz.) Strawberry Cool Whip; thawed
- 2-1/2 cups sliced strawberries
- 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate, grated (optional)
Directions[]
- Beat the cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy.
- Gradually add milk, beating until well blended.
- Add pudding mix.
- Beat on low speed 1 minute or until well blended.
- Line the bottom of 13x9-inch pan with half of the ladyfingers.
- Top with layers of half each of the pudding mixture, whipped topping and strawberries.
- Repeat all layers.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until ready to serve.
- Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
