Fast and simple crock pot recipe to make an excellent roast.

Ingredients
- Beef Roast (one that will fit in crock pot--I use 3#)
- 8 oz. Italian Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Water.
Directions
- Put the thawed roast in the crockpot. Place fat side up (if there's a fat side.)
- Put about 1/2 C water in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Pour 8 oz. Italian Dressing over the roast.
- Turn crockpot onto Low setting.
- Let it roast 8 hours.
