Ingredients Edit 1 lb ground beef 1 cup water 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa 2 cups uncooked pasta (4 oz.) ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup nonfat sour cream Directions Edit Cook beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown, drain.
