- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- ½ cup diced onions
- ½ cup sliced water chestnuts
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- Rinse rice and drain.
- Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole.
- Add broth and butter.
- Bake at 325°F for 1-1½ hours.
