This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.
- 2 Cups cooked crumbled spicy sausage
- 1½ Cups grated Cheddar cheese
- 1½ Cups Monterey jack cheese
- 1 Cup prepared Ranch dressing
- ½ Cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 Package egg roll wrappers, cut in quarters
