This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.

Ingredients Edit

  • 2 Cups cooked crumbled spicy sausage
  • 1½ Cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ Cups Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 Cup prepared Ranch dressing
  • ½ Cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 Package egg roll wrappers, cut in quarters

Directions Edit

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Blot dry sausage then combine sausage with cheeses, dressing and tomatoes.
  3. Lightly spray muffin tin then press 1 wrapper in each cup.
  4. Spray with oil then bake 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from tin and place on baking sheet.
  6. Fill with sausage mixture and bake 5 minutes.
