  1. Place eggs in a pot of cold water with 1 teaspoon salt and boil them till they are hard-boiled.
  2. Onions can be diced in the food processor and later the mushrooms too.
  3. Place onions in a pan and cook on low for one minute to remove the bitter taste.
  4. Add pepper.
  5. Then pour oil on them and stir.
  6. After a few minutes, add diced mushroom pieces.
  7. Fry all together.
  8. Peel hard-boiled eggs under cold water.
  9. Chop eggs, fried onion mixture, salt, mayonnaise and dill together.
  10. The texture should be a fine spread.
