  1. Combine egg, celery, green pepper, onions, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Add salad dressing.
  3. Mix well and chill.
  4. Turn tomato stem end down.
  5. Without cutting to bottom, cut down, making 6 slices.
  6. Sprinkle cut surface with salt.
  7. Fill between slices with egg salad.
  8. Arrange on crisp salad greens.
  9. Garnish with parsley.
