- Boil the potatoes with the eggs until the potatoes are cooked.
- Peel potatoes and eggs
- Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the eggs until brown on all sides. Drain.
- Heat another Tbsp of oil in a pot, and add the ground oinon and garlic.
- Fry for 1 minute, then add the curry powder
- Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning
- Add the potatoes and egss with the water, and bring to a boil
- Boil for approx. 10 minutes
- Serve with rice or roti.
