  1. Boil the potatoes with the eggs until the potatoes are cooked.
  2. Peel potatoes and eggs
  3. Heat the oil in a pan, and fry the eggs until brown on all sides. Drain.
  4. Heat another Tbsp of oil in a pot, and add the ground oinon and garlic.
  5. Fry for 1 minute, then add the curry powder
  6. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently to prevent burning
  7. Add the potatoes and egss with the water, and bring to a boil
  8. Boil for approx. 10 minutes
  9. Serve with rice or roti.
