This is a recipe for vegetarian meal pancakes

  1. Sift together the dry ingredients mix together the wet ingredients.
  2. Make a hole in the centre of the dry ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix -- only until ingredients are blended.
  4. Heat your non-stick griddle to a medium high temperature (cook on one side for 2 minutes, then flip and cook 1 more minute on the other side).
  5. Serve hot.
