  1. Place not milk, bananas and cinnamon in a blender cup and blend for one minute.
  2. Break matzo into 3" x 3" pieces and soak matzo in liquid mixture for three minutes.
  3. Fry soaked matzo in oiled frying pan over medium heat until brown on each side.
  4. Serve warm.
