- 4 x eggs
- 1/8 tsp basil,dried—ground
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese -- lowfat
- 1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese -- shredded
- 2 tbl oil -- sesame
- 1 tbl milk,non-instant—skim
Directions[]
- Put eggs, cottage cheese, Cheddar Cheese, powdered skim milk and basil in blender and mix for 20 seconds.
- Pour oil in skillet and add mixture plus green peppers.
- Scramble slowly over very low flame.
