  1. Prepare beans as usual; cook in slightly salted water until tender.
  2. Drain. Set aside.
  3. Sauté onions land parsley in butter.
  4. Reduce heat; add flour, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
  5. Stir until bubbly.
  6. Combine sour cream and beans. Stir well.
  7. Pour into a greased baking dish; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
