  1. Combine rice, Apple, grapes, pecans, celery and onions in large bowl.
  2. Blend Mayonnaise, Sugar, lemon juice, salt, ginger and pepper;
  3. Toss with rice mixture. Chill.
  4. Serve on lettuce leaves; garnish with grapes, if desired.
