Description
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb -loaf
- 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
- 3 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, (I used bread flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp Ground coriander
- 3 1/2 tbl butter
- 4 1/2 oz Warm milk
- 6 tbl Honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tbl warm water
Directions
- Note: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 teaspoons of yeast for the 1 1/2-pound loaf.
