Description
- Yield: 1½ lb loaf
Ingredients
- 1½ tsp active dry yeast
- 3¼ cups all-purpose flour, (I used bread flour)
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 3½ tbsp butter
- ½ cup + 2 tbsp milk
- 6 tbsp honey
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp warm water
Directions
- Place all ingredients in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer. Select the basic or white cycle and press start.
Note
For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 teaspoons of yeast for the 1½-pound loaf.
