  1. Prepare the crust by cutting shortening into other dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in beaten egg and milk.
  3. Pat dough into 8 inch square cake pan.
  4. Place rhubarb into crust.
  5. Mix Sugar, jello and flour and sprinkle on rhubarb.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
