Eye-Opener

Description

A rum drink.

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz. Appleton White Jamaica rum
• 1/4 oz. Pernod
• 1/4 oz. curacao
• 1/2 tsp. Sugar
• 1 tsp. egg yolk

Directions

Shake well with cracked ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
