- ½ kg beef filet cut into ¼" strips
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp thyme
- ½ minced piment
- ½ tsp. cumin
- After marinating the meat for 1 hour, sauté in 1 tbsp olive oil until meat is cooked (about five minutes).
- Serve with tortillas, guacamole and salsa.
