This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Utley Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1988.

  1. Cook macaroni for 20 minutes and rinse well.
  2. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl and add feta, olives, oil, parsley, thyme and pepper.
  3. Add macaroni to this mix and put them in a casserole and put grated cheese on top.
  4. Bake macaroni in preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes.
