  1. Cut the steamed tofu or tempeh into julienne strips.
  2. Simmer for 45 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Heat oil in wok or skillet.
  4. Simmer rice in water for 45 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
  5. Add sesame seeds and brown lightly.
  6. Add and brown the tofu / tempeh.
  7. Stir in the onions, celery and spinach.
  8. Saute a few minutes, add the cooked rice.
  9. For extra protein you can can make well in center of pan and drop in an egg.
  10. Cook a little, then mix egg with rice and vegetables mix all ingredients together then add tamari.
  11. Sprinkle green onions on top to serve.
