  1. Stir butter into hot rice.
  2. Add ham, chicken, pineapple, green pepper, water chestnuts, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic powder and onion powder.
  3. Turn into buttered 1½-quart casserole.
  4. Cover and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
