  1. Dissolve dried milk powder in ½ cup water.
  2. Mix cassava with remaining 1½ cups water.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. In a medium saucepan bring to a boil (low heat).
  5. When thicken, add margarine and milk (cool).
  6. Serve from a bowl with spoon.
