Mare bulgur pilaf with roasted tomatoes onion and garbanzo beans h

This would be great to make ahead and take to work in the summer time.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans, water and grain.
  3. Season with herbs and spices of your choice.
  4. Cook until the grain is tender.
  5. Serve with tossed salad.
