- Beat egg whites until stiff, add beaten yolks.
- Fold in matzo meal and salt into eggs.
- Bring 4 quarts salted water to a boil.
- With moistened hands form balls the size of a walnut and drop into boiling water.
- Cover and boil for 20 minutes or longer.
