Ingredients Edit 1 cup dry red wine 1½ tbsp soy sauce ¼ tsp oregano ¼ tsp marjoram ⅛ tsp pepper 2 lbs lean meat (flank or round steak, poultry, fish) Directions Edit Crumble oregano and marjoram into wine and soy sauce.
