Fiesta Rice and Vegetables

 1-1/2 cups water 

1 tsp onion salt 1-1/2 cups uncooked instant rice 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 1/3 cup mild salsa

In medium saucepan, bring water and onion salt to a full boil. Stir in rice and vegetables. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.

Stir salsa into rice mixture. Cook over medium heat until liquid is absorbed and mixture is heated through (2 to 3 minutes)

Serves 4-6
