Ingredients[]
- ½ lb soft butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 cups yuca flour
- 2 tbsp wheat flour
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp aguardiente
Directions[]
- Mix the butter and sugar.
- Add the egg, yuca flour, wheat flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Mix well and add the aguardiente to the mix.
- Shape into small balls and place them in a greased baking pan.
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
