Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

• 3 tbsp. butter
• 3 tbsp. flour
• 1 ½ cup milk
• 1 cup grated/fresh cheese
• ½ tbsp. salt
• ¼ tbsp. paprika
• ¼ tbsp. cayenne
• ½ tbsp. dry mustard

Directions

1. In a pan, melt butter. Stir in flour.
2. Slowly stir in milk.
3. When the sauce is smooth, reduce heat and mix with the grated/fresh cheese.
4. Season the sauce with spices.
5. Stir until the cheese is melted.
