Ingredients
· Rice Arborio/Carnaroli 150g.
· Water 100ml
· Butter 20g.
· Lemongrass 10g.
· Basil Leave 10g.
· Sea Salt 5 g.
· Patellas
· Flour 50 g.
· Water 50g.
· Egg 50g.
· Bread crumb 50g.
Method:
1. Cook the rice with the seasoning indicated in the ingredients:
2. Once this is done model the rice in four spherical balls 0.30 kg.moon:
3. Dip the four dishes in the batter, made up of water, flour, eggs and breadcrumbs. Once this is done, fry the four arancini.
4. Finally, put the four arancini plates together with Tom Yam Tomatoes sauce.
